storytelling & communications
By understanding who you are and what you do, together, we'll shape and frame narratives that share your story and bring more people into your work. Plus, we'll have fun doing it! This translates to web design, event production, digital media, public speaking coaching, PR, and anywhere else you need help in sharing your story.

College Signing Day & Destination College
Between 2012 and 2020, I served as a team lead on Destination College, responsible for the overall communications and engagement for this citywide event that celebrated a college-going culture in San Antonio. During a week of free events to celebrate San Antonio as both a college town and a college-going town, elementary, middle, and high school students were invited to attend. The signature annual event—College Signing Day—saw more than 1,000 students from the area’s 17 school districts engaged in celebration of high school seniors going on to universities, community colleges, and even the military. This event was so successful, it became the launch site for First Lady Michelle Obama’s Reach Higher Campaign in 2014. Molly served as the White House point-of-contact for this national campaign launch, coordinating materials for the new campaign brand, liaising with local and national press, and coordinating speakers for the event. Each year after that, Molly worked in partnership with an all-women team, coordinating branding materials for College Signing Day. In May 2020, Molly was part of the four-person team who helped move San Antonio’s College Signing Day online for a virtual celebration where more than 13,000 students and families tuned in. This included all videography, branding, and marketing materials.

Vote210
In 2024, I led a team of volunteers to launch Vote210, a one-stop, online voting resource designed to make voting in San Antonio easier, consolidating and simplifying information that previously only existed across a range of less-than-user-friendly websites. Available in both English and (human-translated!) Spanish, Vote210 launched with two stories in local media and a social media presence that reached more than 10,000 profile views in less than 30 days.

During San Antonio's 2025 municipal election, Vote210's social media profile views were upwards of 85,000.

Equitable Evaluation Initiative
Since 2022, I have led the communication strategy for Equitable Evaluation Initiative. This includes: brand development, web and report design, and digital communications. In 2023, I co-developed the design and interactive elements of the expanded Equitable Evaluation Framework.
